1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the TestSpire desktop application ("App") or accessing the TestSpire website ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not download, install, or use the App.
2. Software License
TestSpire grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App under the terms of either the Free Plan or the Pro Plan:
- Free Plan: Allows offline, local use of core test case management features on a single device.
- Pro Plan (Lifetime License): Activated upon a one-time purchase, unlocking advanced features such as Google Drive backups, dynamic Excel column mapping, and premium reports. This license is tied to your registered user account.
3. User Data & Privacy
TestSpire is designed as an offline-first application. Your test cases, execution history, and local attachments are stored entirely on your local machine. If you are a Pro user and connect your Google Drive, backups are stored securely within your private, hidden Google Drive AppData folder. We do not collect, store, or access your test cases or project database on our servers.
4. Intellectual Property
The App, Site, source code, logos, UI designs, and intellectual property associated with TestSpire are owned exclusively by Fariz Akbar. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or reverse engineer any part of our software.
5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Under no circumstances shall TestSpire or Fariz Akbar be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App, including data loss due to local drive failures or improper sync handling.
6. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Depok, West Java.
